Janice Chua

Being a graduate of Information Systems from Singapore Management University and Engineering Informatics from Nanyang Polytechnic, Janice considers technology as a means to an end. Her mission in life is to utilise IT to improve the lives of people around her; whether it is to assist an elderly person, or to grow the company’s capabilities.

She sits on the executive committee of the Singapore Computer Society (SCS) IT Youth Council (ITYC). She was the co-chairman for the organising committee of SCS Splash Awards in 2014 & 2015, an annual nation-wide Infocomm Technology (ICT) competition.

Trained economist in UAB of Barcelona (Spain), he has master degree in administration management companies.

Galileu Bellincanta

A Civil Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the public and private sector, including expertise in project management, foundations, concrete structures, industrial facilities and implanting condominiums projects. Galileu also has many years extensive knowledge in industrial, commercial and residential construction, entrepreneurism, project implementation, review of contracts, construction management, leadership teams, quality control and measurements contractors.

Gustavo Nogueira

A graduate from Universidade Potiguar in Rio Grande do Norte, Gustavo has been involved in many housing projects including residential buildings, apartments, hotels and gated condominiums and resorts. He was also a collaborator Architect for four years as an intern with Icaro Cardoso.

Gustavo is responsible for the award winning design of Palm Springs in Brazil – Ritz Property’s flagship development.

Paulo Rabelo

A graduate in Accounting from the Universidade Potiguar, Paulo has worked in the financial sector for over 12 years and is responsible for the finance and accounts in Brazil. Paulo is registered as the Account Counsellor of Rio Grande do Norte since 2001. Since joining Ritz Brazil in 2009, he has implemented the financial system of receipts and debts, always targeting the best integration between the client, suppliers and the company.

Otavio Augusto de Sousa

A graduate in Business Administration from the Universidade Potiguar, Otavio has over 13 years’ experience in the real estate sector, providing expertise to the largest developers, as well as State and national groups. Otavio was born in Alexandria, a small city in Rio Grande do Norte.

Laura Miranda

A graduate in Pedagogy, Laura was the Coordinator of the real estate franchise RE/MAX and has experience working with large construction companies in Brazil in such areas as legislation and incorporation.

A graduate in Accounting from the Universidade Potiguar and a postgraduate in Auditing and Forensic Accounting, Débora plays an essential role in financial developing and planning with the Financial Manager. Débora was born in Natal and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Maria Aparecida da Silva

A member of the receptionist and administrative team for over four years, Maria was born in São José do Mipibu in Rio Grande do Norte. In the Brazil office, she is the first port of call for contact and for clients and investors.
