Majestic Village named Best Mixed-use Development of the Americas at International Property Awards 2015 Grand Final

Earlier in October leading Brazilian property developer, Ritz-G5 was granted the prestigious accolade of Best Mixed-use Development Brazil for its grand condominium project Majestic Village, during the International Property Awards gala event held in Barbados.

Following this success, Ritz-G5 then went on to compete for the title of Best Mixed-use Development Americas at the International Property Awards 2015 Grand Final.

The coveted award, covering both North and South America, was presented during a glittering Gala Dinner and Awards ceremony at the luxurious London Marriott Hotel. During the invitation-only event guests enjoyed a champagne reception and a three-course meal celebrating British cuisine, followed by live entertainment.

The winners were then announced by Stuart Shield, Chairman of International Property Media, the creators of the International Property Awards and Ritz-G5’s Majestic Village was crowned Best Mixed-use Development Americas 2015.
