Japan and Brazil agree to cooperate on infrastructure development

Brazilian President, Michel Temer and Japanese Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe, signed a Cooperation Agreement on Wednesday 19 October, agreeing to jointly explore Japanese infrastructure investment opportunities in Brazil.
