Ritz returns in style

This summer, it wasn’t just the best players and teams from around the world converging on Brazil. For top Ritz investors from Singapore, it was their once in a lifetime chance to live the World Cup and see their investments in the sunshine city for the first time.

The impressive seven-day itinerary behind the Ritz V.I.P. World Cup Experience became the biggest ever investment trip hosted by the developer, and on the 26th September, the story comes full circle; Ritz will be celebrating two stunning and highly successful years of business excellence in Asia with the biggest ever event and project showcase in its history in Singapore

In the prestigious setting of the Garden By The Bay in Singapore, over 1,000 investors and potential investors will attend, as well as special guests (to be announced) and the Brazil Ambassador to Singapore, Luis Fernando Serra, a regular face at Ritz seminars. During the event, Ritz will present three of its six developments – Majestic Village, Costa Azul and Palm Springs – and this is already gearing up to be the Group’s biggest celebration in Asia.

The nature of this golden relationship between Ritz and Singaporean investors is born from the developer’s excellent relationship with Shenton Holding Ltd, and as a result of stunning returns over the last two years, Shenton agreed to be Ritz’s sole and exclusive sales agent for the next five years, perhaps an indication of future successes, as Fernando comments,
